Pump race final! We had a for fun pump race, that means no peddling, just pumping the bike around with your knees and arms. Keith led the way and got enough speed going to manual a few jumps and clear a few more. Hopefully our younger rides noticed how important it is to use your body to gain track speed, peddling is only part of fast lap times.
The racing is now over, the trophies are ready to go home, but the BMX smiles are still going! Awesome! |
