Race Day Technical Inspection

  There will be a Tech. Inspection at each race and New Rider Clinic. This is done for safety reasons by volunteers to protect all riders at Shady Lane. A quick check by the Tech. Inspection crew will be performed before any bike and rider can enter the track. Take your bike to the Tech. Inspection area and let the inspector look it over. If it is "Race Ready" he will attach a sticker to your brake cable or number plate that shows your bike is ready for the track. Please remember that it is your responsibility to make sure your bike is properly maintained and ready for the track, not the inspectors. It is also your responsibility to make the needed repairs or adjustments, not the inspectors. He may also point out items of concern that need to be addressed soon but are not a immediate safety concern. Take care of these items ASAP.
